INDUCTION CEREMONY OF KALIPI, PWVO, ERPAT, AND SOLO PARENT ORGANIZATION

The Induction Ceremony of the Kalipunan ng Liping Pilipina (KALIPI), Polangui Women’s Volunteer Organization (PWVO), Empowerment and Reaffirmation of Paternal Abilities (ERPAT), and the Solo Parent Organization was held on August 2, 2024, at Barangay Lanigay, Polangui, Albay.

The event highlighted the municipality’s continuing commitment to gender and development (GAD), family welfare, and inclusive community empowerment. The newly inducted officers pledged to uphold their responsibilities in strengthening programs that support women, fathers, and solo parents in their roles as key partners in development.

Local officials graced the occasion, expressing full support for these organizations as they carry out their mandates at the grassroots level.

Councilor Edna R. Siguenza, as Chairperson of the Committee on Women and Family, was also present during the ceremony, emphasizing the vital role of these groups in advancing social protection and promoting the welfare of every Polangueño family.
