Hon. Salceda is the youngest elected member of the Sangguniang Bayan, bringing with him a fresh perspective and a deep commitment to public service. A graduate with a degree in engineering, he leads key committees that focus on the education, culture, social services and employment.

He is known for his humility and genuine connection with the people of Polangui, especially the younger generation. His deep commitment to public service is greatly inspired by his father, Joey Sarte Salceda. He currently serves as the PCL president of Albay and sits as an ex officio member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. His strong support for the education sector and youth in sports reflects his belief in empowering communities through learning and opportunity. With strong determination, he continues to serve with purpose, and a sincere desire to care for the municipality of Polangui.
