Councilor Noli Samlero is a dedicated public servant with a wealth of experience spanning local governance. With a strong foundation as a seasoned Punong Barangay, having served three terms, and a prior tenure as Barangay Kagawad, Councilor Noli brings deep grassroots knowledge and community  leadership to the 11th Sangguniang Bayan.

Currently serving as a three-term Municipal Councilor, he has been instrumental in shaping policies that promote justice, ethical governance, human rights, and sustainable development. As the head of several key committees namely Laws and Justice, Ethics, Human Rights, Science and Technology, Market, and Agriculture. Councilor Noli actively champions initiatives that foster transparency, innovation, and the welfare of both urban and rural sectors.
