13TH REGULAR SESSION

The 13th Regular Session for Calendar Year 2025 of the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Polangui, Albay was held at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall on September 22, 2025.

Guests Present:

A representative from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), who presented and discussed the results of the 2024 census.

Mr. Wex Gonzalez, who was invited to provide updates on the Dry Run concerning transient vendors in the municipality.

Privilege Speeches:

Honorable Councilor Niño Adonis B. Rebeta delivered his privilege speech regarding the closure of the PNR road at Barangay Agos. He also reported on the 1st Continuing Local Legislative Education Program (CLLEP) held in Davao, which he and other members attended.

Honorable Councilor Bernie S. Broncano delivered his privilege speech on the validation process for the Gulayan sa Barangay program, emphasizing its importance for food sustainability and community involvement.
