Niño Adonis Badong Rebeta was born in Gabon, Polangui, Albay. He is the son of Juan Reniva Rebeta and Flavia Salmon Badong. He grew up in a modest home where faith in God, perseverance, and simplicity shaped his values and character.

While studying, he worked at McDonald’s to support himself and his family. He married young, but instead of letting challenges hold him back, he turned them into opportunities. He began as a street vendor selling cellphone accessories, later became a cellphone technician, and eventually returned to Bicol to open his own cellphone shop, which he grew into a successful business.

His entrepreneurial spirit later led him to the satellite industry as a Cignal installer. Due to his hard work, sales performance, dedication and commitment, the company saw his potential and chosen him as a Cignal Distributor for Albay’s second and third district. In this position, he received multiple awards and recognition for constantly exceeding sales targets and bringing pride to his business and community.

At the core of his journey, Niño remains a devotee of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno. His devotion goes beyond church rituals; he lives it out every day in his personal life, business, and public service. He strongly believes that putting God first is the key to every blessing, guidance, and success he has achieved. His faith forms the basis of his principles and guides his decisions as a father, entrepreneur, and faith-driven public servant. Guided by this devotion and compassion for others, Niño entered public service. He ran for Barangay Kagawad of Sugcad and emerged as the topnotcher in the elections. His leadership, rooted in faith and service, later led him to a higher calling when in 2025 he was elected Municipal Councilor of Polangui, Albay.

Today, as a father of three daughters, a businessman, and a faith-driven servant-leader devoted to God, Councilor Rebeta remains steadfast in  his advocacy:

“Serbisyong may Puso, Serbisyong Dedikado, at Serbisyong Determinado.”
